SERVICES & FEES
To initiate the planning process, an initial planning fee is necessary. Considerable hours of research and planning are invested in formulating each quote, and our time is of great value. The fees are variable, contingent on the type of trip and the number of travelers. Upon the full payment of the applicable fee, Designed Vacations will commence the research and design of your trip. It's essential to note that this fee is non-refundable and stands as a distinct charge from the overall cost of your trip.
The planning fee encompasses a minimum of two (2) itinerary/trip options meticulously crafted to suit the client’s budget and preferences. Clients are granted a 45-day window from the date of the first quote delivery to place a deposit on a booking. For bookings made beyond the 45-day period, an additional planning fee will be required.
In the case of airfare-only bookings or as a separate component, ticketing and change fees are applicable. However, airfare included as part of an air-inclusive vacation package is exempt from the ticketing and change fees specified below. All fees outlined are non-refundable and are supplementary to any charges imposed by the supplier.
